This is a 240sqm. 4 bedrooms town house in Ruiru Sub County, Kiambu County in Kenya.

This is a family contemporary minimalist house that enjoys an eighth acre property which is surrounded by green compound all-round the property thus enjoys interaction of inside with the outside through the use of large windows for maximum daylight bringing down the cost of power usage throughout the day. Modern interior design adds to the scheme as a complementation with the designs intention of creating warmth – as the essential character of a ‘home’. The rooftop of the house comes in handy when privacy is needed for sunbathing and grain drying.

The concept is driven towards sustainable design approaches. Rain water collection was the number one in the list thus underground water collection tank was installed.
